Welcome to Royal Studio and Prints. These terms of service govern your booking of our photography, videography, cinematography, and printing services, as well as the use of our official website.
By securing a booking, submitting an enquiry, or procuring products through our studio, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the luxury service conditions described below.
01. Creative Bookings & Sessions
We approach every creative session with elite preparation and dedicated luxury. To guarantee high quality, all sessions are subject to the following rules:
- Studio Sessions: Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may have their session duration reduced accordingly.
- Outdoor Sessions: Location logistics, permits, and entry fees are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly packaged in writing.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty, subject to studio availability.
02. Professional Wedding & Event Coverage
Capturing your beautiful day is our ultimate privilege. Our signature coverage policy requires strict alignment on event execution details:
- Event Timeline: The client must provide a confirmed event itinerary at least 7 days before the event. Royal Studio is not responsible for missed moments due to unscheduled itinerary changes.
- Client Cooperation: While our crew captures every emotional highlight, key portraits and group photo durations must be allocated as mutually agreed upon.
- Drone Operations: Aerial footage is highly dependent on local weather conditions, civil regulations, and airspace safety protocols.
03. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Securing our award-winning crew requires clear financial commitments to guarantee studio scheduling:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A standard retainer of 50% of the total package value is required to reserve any date. Date locks are not guaranteed without a cleared deposit.
- Balance Payments: For studio packages, balance is due immediately after the shoot. For wedding and large event packages, outstanding balances must be cleared at least 7 days before the event day.
- Cancellation Policy: Retainer deposits are strictly non-refundable but can be converted to studio credit if cancellation happens at least 30 days prior to the reserved event date.
04. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Royal Studio holds original artistic copyrights for all captured footage, while granting clients premium licensing rights:
- Personal License: The client is granted a perpetual license to use, download, and share their media for non-commercial personal usage.
- Commercial Usage: Any commercial advertising, media resale, or third-party publication requires written permission and standard commercial licensing fees from Royal Studio.
- Social Display: Royal Studio reserves the right to share beautiful moments on social platforms, websites, or exhibitions for promotional purposes, unless the client requests complete privacy in writing before booking.
05. Elite Printing & Digital Delivery
We bring your media to life on premium physical materials using state-of-the-art print presses:
- Print Approvals: Prior to custom synthetic photobook binding or large-format banner printing, digital mockups must be approved by the client in writing.
- Color Fidelity: While we utilize high-end color-calibrated screen monitors, minor variations in tone may occur naturally across wood, canvas, and metallic mediums.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard digital preview files are delivered within 14 business days. Custom synthetic photobooks, framed prints, and cinema wedding packages take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.
06. Limitation of Liability
In the highly unlikely event of camera sensor failure, media corruption, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies preventing completion of services, Royal Studio's total liability will be strictly limited to the return of all payments received from the client for that specific booking.
